Two days ago I suffered irrepairable damage to the flexible feet of one of my Whale Gulper-220 pumps. My fault, no reflection on the product.
Despite trolling the internet I failed to find a supplier of replacement feet. So, I phoned Whale UK to be told that such parts are not a procurable spare. None the less, the gentleman at the other end of the line requested my name and postcode adding, "leave it with me".
This morning I received the parts, mailed from Whale in Bangor N.I. No invoice either! Now, that's service. Thank you Whale.
