Thanks Martyn
My search did'nt show that site. No online parts diagram so I have fax'ed em a drawing of the bit I need. Drawing looked like a 2yr old had done it for a bet but gives em an idea. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Not a lot of help with you being in the Lake District, but there's a caravan shop in Oxfordshire that stocks spares. Maybe you have a local caravan emporium you cound try???

You may well find what you are looking for in a Caravan shop, however its important that the parts are fully marinised. To ensure this you must insist that you pay at least 4x the price a caravanner would pay. If the shop assistant looks bemused by this you need to point out to them that you are a boat owner and couldn't possibly settle for anything less.

Got a call from Whales office in N, Ireland. Very very very good service. Chap says

"I no exactly what you want but that part is not available but I have some however there are two sizes long shaft and short shaft I will send you one of each if its the short shaft you have you can cut down the other as a spare I will put one of each in a jiffy bag and we will say no more about it"

Now thats what I call customer service so "Whale" get my vote for best marine company of the month.
