Whale hand pump

I have searched on line but cannot find where I can obtain a service kit for my Whale 2 inch non choke hand pump. It is the barrel kind that empties my galley sink.

Any help gratefully received.

Cheers

Frank, have you tried contacting Munster Simms in Belfast? They have a very good rep for being helpful.

Gilmore is fine when you can get hold of him but his refurb. kit does not include the two balls which are the critical part of the NRV`s. A source for these is given in my previous post in this thread on the second sheet of the thread I refered to.

On a general note there is a huge amount of knowledge/expirence available on this forum and it is freely given those that know but it must be some what gauling to answer the same or simular questions every 6 or 9 months. I do believe it to be the responsibility of those with a problems to do a little research before screaming help for two reasons :
A) because one learns so much more in so doing, and
B)eventually those that know will get tired of answering
The problem I have is getting a very general pointer as to where to look. Information is no good if you cant get at it and I wonder what if any thing can be done to improve this aspect.
A case in point is my wanting to add a comment to a thread that related to sealing `shakes` in masts. A the time I had nothing to add as I not investigated the couple `minor`ones in my own. Suffice it to say they were not minor and I would like to add my two pennith if I could find the Thread. CLUE it was within the past 12 months.

This one?

Found straight away by a search of this forum for "shakes". There are a couple of others within the last year or so, but this seemed the most likely.
