Off to Beaulieu Boat Jumble. It is where we all go to buy our stuff back.

When I was in Holland, druggies used to nick radios for drugs, normally on saturday night, on sunday we used to go to the Ijmuiden flea market and buy them back, cost about ten euros for a 200 euro set, might as well stick a ten euro note on the car windscreen! saves them damaging the car! I had an E type in holland, with no radio, used to leave the doors open, to stop them knifing the hood to look for a radio!

Sadly folks, it is a fact of life that if it can be removed from the vessel then it needs to be removed from the mounting and left in the locked saloon every time you leave her, unless you are in a very secure marina or on a deep water mooring.

It'll all be different after we become a Sharya (sic) state.

Having been through this myself at the end of last year, I know how you feel. Use of a blunt rusty knife comes to mind.

My commiserations
