Westerly Griffon I Rig settings

Any body able to give recommended settings,Rake, bend etc.
Ive tried to get onto westerly site but got seriously lost.

If you're starting from scratch, suggest no rake and half of one mast diameter bend.

If not, are there any 'witness' marks on the forestay bottlescrew/toggle/plates that will at least show where the masthead was, even if that turns out to wrong when you finally sail it?
