Westerly Griffon Fuel Tank Removal

I am looking at a Westerly Griffon and the fuel tank is the original mild steel unit. Has anyone successfully removed the tank through the starboard cockpit locker? The water tank would have to come out first as this sits to starboard alongside the fuel tank. I would prefer not to move the engine to get the tanks out.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
