It depends on what engine and gearbox you have, without that info any answers are pure guesswork!

Enter the details of your boat into the Propcalc programme on www.castlemarine.co.uk to get a recommended size. centaurs were fitted with different engines when new and many have been re-engined, so there is no "standard" propeller.

When I got the boat it was fitted with a Petter mini twin. She hasn't been back in the water yet

So, does it still have the Petter? If so then use the Propcalc programme to find out the correct propeller, or, if you are buying a new prop ask the supplier to recommend the size.
