Where's the best place to eat in West Mersea on a Tuesday evening?

Preobably the Coast.
Company Shed will be shut, and I am not sure if West Mersea YC runs food during the week.

There is an Indian there too, but I haven't eaten there.

WMYC doesn't do food Monday and Tuesday. Both Company Shed and Oyster Bar will be shut, Coast Inn is probably the only option, apart from the Chippy in the High St

Curry House is opposite the Chippy in the High Street and will be quite on a Tuesday Night apart from Mrs Tiller Girl who usually finds soemthing to tell me off about! Don't know if Becky's open on a Tuesday night but I'm walking past there in 40 minutes time and I'll check - she runs the Restuarant beside the White Hart pub - oppiste the church. Looks like part of the pub but is in fact a separate business. As Larry says, no food on Tuesday nights at the Yacht Club but the Victory Pub I think does some. But the Coast Inn can do some nice food - the last couple of meals I've had in there have been very good - Abroath Smokey is my favorite starter and I've had nice steaks but the menu is pretty varied.

Good oh. We were in the Curry House where they have a new chef who's quite good.

For anybody who uses the, Mersea Stores, first right past the Church shut down today.

You'll have to take a longer walk to the Co-op now Roger!! When does Tesco turn up with their Express job?

Don't know about Tesco's timing but the big hole in High Street North was supposed to be something to do with them and the garage has moved so I suppose it won't be long. Judy is grumping about the lack of papers and milk to hand. Is it possible to walk more than 50 yeards at one go?
