I received the following recently. I'm sure participation from others would be appreciated too.

Saturday 2nd November sees the end of this Wales Coastal Path walk, which started at the Senedd Building on 25th August, and which will end at the Senedd building.
The reason for the walk is to raise £1M for the Welsh Guards Afghanistan Appeal and Combat Stress. It is in commemoration of all the Welsh Guardsmen who have died on active service since WWII .
It is expected that there will be approximately 300 walkers setting off from Swanbridge 12.00 and crossing the barrage around about 12.30.
The co-ordinator of this walk has asked if Cardiff Yacht Club members would support this final leg and homecoming of the walkers by turning out on their vessels in the Bay, waving flags, displaying bunting, and making a noise.
