Well we made the fatal mistake of dropping by the Sealine used boaty show at the weekend to have a nose about, we had no intention of buying anything there as we have our boat booked into the ancasta show this weekend. Well on wandering about we spotted a nice clean looking 330 statesman at a realistic price ( way over the budget we set for ourselves). As you do we asked what they would offer on part exchange for our current sealine and shock horror a deal was made! This is all still subject to sea trial/survey etc but it is all looking rather hopeful and with any luck we will have it just after we come back from our trip with Matt to the med!

Oh gawd what have we done!!

Why do we do this. perfectly sober intelligent well balanced individuals lose all sense when the opportunity presents itself to buy a boat. I hope you enjoy it; I am sure you will.

I hope this reply doesn't send ShirleyKnott inot orbit

You've do the right thing - that's what. My Sealine F33 did everything we wanted of her. The 330/F33/F34 is one of the best boats Sealine produce. You'll love her to bits. Mine eventually became a victim of her own success and we now move up and onward to Ocean Village. Look forward to seeing you around.

Have fun - I'm sure you will. Good luck.

Why on earth should it? You've obviously mellowed, passing up on such a golden Sealine-bashing opportunity, particularly with a new buyer. I too hope that they have a fabulous time with the new boat. Now, if only I can get John back to the brokers, perhaps we can do the same...

I am immune to the Sealine bashing, this will be our third! To be honest I am aware of their failings but I also see the many things they are good at, over all they seem to suit us well. We did a lot of looking about at all sorts of boats before coming back to Sealine, it has the right combination of accomodation size and drive tye to suit us, nothing else came close.
