I think that 21' is a bit optimistic, unless they include the pull and pushpits - she is more probably based on the 19'6" Colvic hull.
(edit - oops, just realised there is no pushpit as such)
Here is a much nicer version of this hull - and probably a damn sight more seaworthy as well (Glory has been around the world) :
