'Phoned for advice on a 'well out of warranty' echo sounder. Lots of good advice, with very good humour,and an offer to have a look at it if the fixes suggested don't do the trick.

agreed. even though they are budget their support is something the expensive brands should offer too. they helped a lot with a navtex (1992 era)
