I sent my 9 month old well used deckies off to Musto with a trivial problem, didn’t even complain and have just received a new pair (Delivered to Gibraltar) Including a really nice letter from their customer service team apologising for the Inconvenience

Just thought it was worthy a post.
 
Their customer service is first rate. I had a set of HPX oilies that started to delaminate after about 4 seasons' regular but not hard use, they were replaced without a murmur of protest, only an apology. In fact they sent me a 'loan' pair of non-breathable salopettes to use while my original goretex ones were sent to WL Gore for assessment.
 
opposite experience here. I had a problem with some year old Musto trousers, I was informed that their lifetime guarantee applied only if you have kept the original receipt. By coincidence they only did something after I had informed PBO about their lack of customer service
Moral is don't throw the receipt away.
