anyone know the weight (ok... displacement) of the old Poole Powerboats/sunseeker S20/RIO?

20 ft sportsboat, got an inboard volvo petrol don't know what model it is but it's the older non crossflow ohv four cylinder.

just wanted to know as i have to aquire a suitable trailer.

Shouldn't really go more than about 1500 kilo's. Your need a twin axle jobby which should be more than enough.
Have you aquired the one off the river thats not moved for ages? Looking into it when I passed it a year or so ago, it had a 115/130 in there. Built on the old 1800 block if memory serves. They go thru crank seals on a regular basis.

I looked at one before we got the Tremlett. Nice boats for what they are. early ones still had the builders plate as Poole Sports Boats, before they became sunseeker. They're built like the perverbial brick outhouse. What you gonna tow it with?
