Hope you have a great time, Stu. (said with envy)

Our sailing so far this season has been from slipway to pontoon. Probably 500 metres. This coming weekend is the Great Manchester Run so we will not be at the marina. I'll be joining 39,999 other nutters for a quick run around the streets. I only do it for the pleasure of claiming that I've been to the city centre without being dragged around the shops. :)

Ah well, fingers crossed for next wekend.

Thank goodness. We have been waiting for two weeks to launch from Beaumaris after a winter engine replacement. Hope to get her in the water Saturday morning with light winds and have a play before berthing her in Deganwy. Always a bit nervy with a new engine but the boys at ABC have done a good job. My friend is going to be playing with his new Parasailor out of Deganwy as well so looks like a fun weekend.

Going to be an early start Stu if you are planning saturday AM!Bar crossing 8.30 am to 10.30 on the flood?
All buoys present and correct last weekend.
Caernarfon and Black Boy will be heaving !

We probably wont get out of PD until late Saturday. We intend to find a nice quiet spot away from the bank holiday nutters at either Llandwyn, Rhoscolyn , Porth Dinllaen or some other hidey hole away from the idiots. It all depends upon what the wind eventually decides to do. If there is any! Mackerel are in and beach barbie is a favourite saturday night?

Looking like sunshine and no wind Saturday.....

But XC has had it so wrong every weekend so far including our trip to Holyhead and round island......
