The theme of the weather is certainly remaining cold, although largely dry. However we need to get through some snow flurries this weekend.

Saturday:
High pressure is going to be to the northeast of Scotland through Saturday. A trough across the south and east of England wil be moving westwards.
There will be snow flurries or snow showers affecting much of cental, southern and eastern England through Saturday. These could bring a slight cvering of snow in places. Further north and west the day should be brighter and drier with some sunny spells.
A windy day in the south. Winds NE F5-F6 in the south and east but NE F3-F4 in the north and west.

Sunday:
Little change through Sunday with high pressure remaining to the northeast of Scotland. The notheast flow continues to bring snow flurries to eastern areas of Englnd and Scotland.
More western and southern parts will be remaining cold, but it should be dry with some sunny spells here.
Winds mainly NE F6 in the south and east, NE F4 for more northern and western areas.
