Weekend Irish Sea weather for delivery trip

I am delivering a boat this weekend from Milford Haven to Cork.

Departing Friday night and flying back from Cork Sunday evening.

Trouble is I need to book my return flight today and I have been looking at various weather sites to see if this trip is going to happen. I am getting a mixed picture, some sites say strong s/sw winds others say F3 West winds.

Does any one have any recomendations for accurate 3/4 day weather sites for this area?

Ireland select cork
select 7 days.

The most useful frame is the free GFS forecast window from which metcheck get their data although the rest of the site is a mine of info. They have been very good 7 days out this summer for the channel forecasts.

choose the 10m wind window and this shows details in wind arrow strength and direction for forecasts days in advance again info from wetter zentrale mentioned on another reply.

I just downloaded a 6 day grib file to maxsea - nothing much in the way of weather - should be SW 8-10 kn on Friday, maybe going slightly west on Sat, max 10-15 knots.
