Hi folks
I have a thermo pro 90 (24 volt) installed on a cruiser. It has worked fine since it was installed about 5 years ago. However, this season when I went to use it it refuses to run??? It seems to fire up and the fuel pump can be heard clicking, the fan can be heard running, exhaust gets hot and water pipe gets hot. So far so good, but then it just shuts down?? If I leave it switched on, after some minutes it goes through the same procedure and then shuts down. There are no error codes or flashes given on the controller??
Any suggestions would be very helpful? I am in N Ireland and it appears that there are no reliable service agents here.

Maybe try phoning a few service agents in the rest of the UK and seeing if any are willing to give some advice over the phone? This might be a frustrating process, but you might get lucky.
Other than that, perhaps the manual has a troubleshooting/fault finding section ? Or search google.

It sounds to me like a thermostat is cutting out the heat/power. Possibly due to a faulty reading or an over heat situation.

Sorry I cannot be of more help.

It's possible to fit a diagnostic 24v bulb or led to 2 of the control wires. This gives a pattern of flashes when it tries to start & pin points the component that has failed. See attached.
I can't recall exactly how to wire in the led unfortunately. My blower motor had failed.
