Webasto heating - service manual

HI, I am trying to find a service manual for a Websto D80 yacht heating system. It is like a miniature central heating bioler that heats water, which is then pumped around the yacht, into small air blown radiators. It doesn't work and I would like to take a look before sending out for the service guy.

Wot no answers!! I would have thought there was an exert around!!
I have no info for this model, webasto instructions seem harder to find than eberspachers.
You may be able to sort it by following generall rules though.
Has it ever run while in your ownership?
Does it try to start at all? any clicks, motor noise etc?
Check voltage at the unit. Check and prime the fuel pump etc.
Summer is here anyway!! (except I see it is forcast -5 here tonight!!

The installation instructions here include electrical schematics. I haven't seen a service manual online anywhere - Webasto are much less helpful in this regard than Eberspacher.

Excellent, Thanks very much. THe schematic should be a good starting point. It was working one day, and then the next it failed to fire. I think I will try cleaning it out first and then if the going gest tough, call an expert.
