Webasto heater engineer required

The webasto heater is blowing cold air only and I can't hear the fuel pump so i suspect that's the issue.

Does anyone know how and if it's simple to fix or knows an engineer near Beaulieu?

Which model and age? Also which control panel do you have?

These links could have the solutions too? Apparently the fuel pump has to be primed.
