Look, I don't mean to go on about it but the Weather forcasts by the BBC really suck.

I looked at thier 5 Day on Friday and Gloom and doom with Cloud and Rain over the Weekend. And what do we get, glorious days but loads of people must have been put off because it was not very busy out there.

Even now they are showing black clouds for the next 5 days but current observations show Sunny!!!

Any one got a better source of weather information?

Hi

Do what i do, and check the weather forecast the day before, they mostly get it right .
As for long range forecasts forget it .
There are statistics that ;
1 day 80%
3 day 50%
5 day 20% right or something like this.
What a job though ,get it wrong every day ,still get paid and never get the sack.

And you to can be like a weather person.
Of course the other solution is to base your boat at the closest location .Then able to stick head out of bedroom window and hey presto instant forecast for your area.

Gedda petrol.cheaper,quieter,less vibration n simpler to maintain...

I use www.greatweather.co.uk. There's a shed load of links, including a route in to the long range met office stuff that the met office won't let you have for free, only this time it's free...
