I've had a bit of a rant about a paper published by the Institute of Physics talking of 'Atmospheric Rivers' and their increase because of climate change.

There's also the usual forecast for the week ahead.

Much I appreciate your efforts they are of little practical use to me - there never seems to be any weather east of Greenwich.
Scotland, Ireland, West Country, ... are all well served, but the East Coast/North Sea not so much (if at all).
