You are the skipper of a yacht moored in Harwich and you intend to cross to Holland. The forecast is high North Europe 1039 slow moving with little change. Thames Dover variable fair visibility moderatate or poor with fog patches.

1> Why might these conditions give poor visibilty on the following day?

2> When might the best time AM or PM to leave for Holland? Give reasons.

Why not just go over on the ferry??

Let someone else bother about poor vis, and you could just get pi$$ed instead.

Or am I missing the point (yet again) ? ?
