On the basis of responses to my thread it is obvious

1) Big waves are bad
2) Big waves & big wind is badder
3) Old geezers are crap drivers
4) AWB are better cos nobody'll take an old boat out when its windy
5) Wear a tie down hat when its windy
6) Do'nt crash gybe in a F9 your boom'll break, set the tri instead
7) Put the storm jib on the forestay not the backstay
8) Don't eat rough stuff or it'll hurt on the way out.
9) Keep drinking .. watch it through the pub window

Hope that helps

Hmm
Whilst you have made a reasonable attempt to collate and interpret the results of your survey, I feel that it falls short of the criteria contained within the assignment brief. Again, you appear to favour the line of least resistance in your data interpretation and I refer specifically to that information collected regarding the phenomenon of Bum Licking. If you read the information produced from your survey, you will notice a link between agreement and bum licking. I feel you should develop your research more thoroughly in this specific area before I can feel satisfied that you have attained the level wherby we can say that you have successfully met the requirements of the assignment.
By Monday please as you will have further deadlines to meet next week.

Claymore likes sailing when its raining - we just close the patio doors and wave cheerily, cardigan clad, to all our dear friends hunched over a wet tiller

Agree with you there. Nothing worse than out in the rain on a cold day and a motorsailer goes by, everyone tucked up inside with cocoa and biscuits.
