Refuelling in Plymouth today I managed to get a nice shade of the sun on my arms, legs and face. I could well have been refuelling in Gibraltar, Montenegro or Corfu it was so hot.

Cawsand was lovely, and for those racing there I have some great aerial photographs to send your way.
