Hi,

This is a bit of a shameless plug, but hope you will forgive me because it's all free data.

I have just upgraded the sailing section of the Weatherweb.net website and it now includes winds and wave+swell from the NWW3 model.

Coverage at the moment is Atlantic (mid and north), Azores to the UK and Caribbean to Bermuda. I can add more areas (no Med at the moment I am afraid). Let me know if there is an area you'd like to see.

You can see the charts at http://www.weatherweb.net/wxwebchartsnww3opmidatlwind.php

Best wishes,
Simon

I like it, the numbering on the ”iso-height” contours improves readability. I guess the heights are in metres? Could the colour coding be toggled between height and wave period too?

I get a single chart, that looks like a link, but it does nothing. Is this correct?

Thanks very clear..just a quick question, are the wind arrow feathers in 5 knot units or Beauforts? And can I alter the all the units? Im using iPad by the way, many thanks Jerry.

Use the controls in the bottom left of the screen Nigel. Does that work now?
Couldn't see the wood for the trees, fine now thanks.

A request: Arlantic Spain to past the Canary Islands (say 45N to 20N, 5W to 50W) would be good. All the normal charts cut off at the Canary Islands, and it would be nice to see a bit of the Atlantic to the West.
