Weather maps from SSB

Help!
I have unintentionally wiped out the software programme on my laptop I had used for producing weather charts from my SSB - Northwood etc. (Of course I had failed to have a backup!)
Can anyone direct me towards a recommended replacement - Windows ME compatible? I had JV something.
