...is 5h1te. In the time it took to drift up the Deben it's gone from a day or so of unpleasantness then back to normal to 5 or 6 days of unmitigated misery.

Trying to decide whether to bail out back to Tollesbury on what may be a brief window on Weds or hide all week and hope next Sun and Mon are as calm as Windguru are predicting.

Only have iPhone mobile internet access at moment, anyone care to offer an opinion or insight into the bigger picture?

Not sure how your connection will manage a low res youtube but it looks like if you can wait until next week, do so, and I would be wary of any weather window that wasn't clear as this is going to be another confusing and fast changing weather front. He's going to update as things change so well worth going on his mailing list

Doesn't look like its as bad as they were predicting except heavy rain on Friday, winds below 20kts. Sunday and Monday looking quite reasoonable so far.
