Weather for Friday

Friday is D day - Dartmouth, planing to leave Chichester at about 5am and either refuel at Poole and carry on all the way or stay the night in Weymouth if wifey has had enough. I'm trying to find a decent weather site, but the ones I'm looking at appear to contradict each other. Can anybody offer any guidance?

The boat is a Bayliner 24ft, this is my first trip over 40 miles, so a half decent sea is required.

Cheers Dave, I have been monitoring the Met check one to see how accurate that has been and for temperatures on the South Coast it has been pretty good. The wind Site looks good and is what I was after.
