I think you'll have to make one, shouldn't be rocket science; another option would be hoisting the ensign on the mizzen topping lift, a simple bit of organising.

Either way, looks very stylish, have a nice big stitched ensign ! :)

I usually fly the ensign from the peak of the mizzen gaff. In UK waters this means I don't have one showing under power or moored (or with the mizzen stowed in windier conditions). For the Scuttlebutt Cherbourg jaunt last month I wanted to be able to fly the ensign at all times. My plan was to make something like a large burgee staff to hoist on the mizzen masthead flag halyard, carrying a smaller spare ensign I happen to have.

(In fact, between crises at work, shopping for the trip, and refuelling with cans in the dark and rain, I didn't get round to making the staff, and just hoisted the small ensign 3/4 up the mizzen shrouds with the masthead halyard.)

ferroboat,

I meant the mizzen topping lift, but whatever's easier / more stylish; I did think about a Salcombe Yawl for posing with ensign & fun to sail reasons, until I saw the price !
