As I came upstream I saw ian (Brayman) on his boat waving his Willy at me. as luck would have it two Policemen were walking by. I heard one say "look at that bloke exposing himself, shall we nick him for indecent exposure?" The other said "not worth it, the case will be thrown out for lack of evidence"
