Simple question. What glue to use on a leaking tube. The rib is advertised as 1100 denier polyester and not pvc or hypalon. Anyone know what glue or repair kit to use? All I have looked at state pvc patches, does it matter?

"1100 denier polyester" sounds like a description of a woven fabric, not RIB tube material. Maybe it refers to a reinforcing mesh in the "rubber", or maybe it's just a mistake.
I'd expect a Waveline boat to be standard PVC, and I'd use Polymarine two-part glue for PVC. They also have a special solvent for preparing the area first, though I tend to just use acetone.

I use Polymarine 2 part PVC adhesive for Waveline 2.9. As PVB suggests, the 1100 denier is the reinforcing layer in the laminated fabric.
