Waterpump for Volvo MD7a

Our raw water pump is leaking, obviously the shaft seal has gone and it is dripping out into the bilges.

I see it is possible to replace the seal, however I also wondered how easy and economical this is compared to replacing the whole unit.

What can I expect to pay for the water pump and from where?
