I'd like to have some water proof seat covers made - like the ones you can buy for cars / 4x4 - to protect the leather seats on board.
Does anyone know where I can get this material from - I've tried Google with no luck on suppliers etc.
I'm suprised there aren't companies producing these to order all ready!!!
Cheers.

Feel free to give Marine Interiors (aka my wife, Helen) a ring on 07789 174194. I know she has some fully waterproof, wipe-clean fabrics available.

leather seats in sealine 290

um, are they leather? Or quasi-leather?

Anyway, regardless imho, you may be better to have white plastic seat protectors made which you leave on board whilst away from the boat. Then takemoff and use boat.

Otherwise, with permnanent covers, you are really protecting the boat for the next owner, which is a bit of a waste, and more expensive.

If seats are white, and esp if white plastic, beware any colour covered sitting on them for a long long time cos the colour can easily mark up a bit.
