Waterproof 2-pin panel connector?

Mine was still working with no bad contacts when I sold the boat at 15 years old. It was original fit.

As per a previous reply, the socket does indeed come with a cap. Though, the instructions don't clarify to where the cap strap should be attached. I appreciate the strap attaches via one of the four screws, but where in the sandwich should it go?

Immediately under screwhead, any where else will distort the sealing caskets.
