Anyone know if I can get hold of an online version of a Watermota Sea Panther manual..? I've looked at that Dutch site which lists a lot of pdf versions of the manuals of various engines but the panther isn't among 'em. Or it is and I just can't read Dutch...

Aha, that's where they are! I had that page bookmarked but somehow mislaid it and couldn't find the page again. Great, thanks!

Cheers, silverseal, will do.

We've not seen our K30 - Jammy Dodger - for about three weeks now, am getting most itchy to get some work done on her, as winter is a-wasting...

Pip pip.

Great, thanks! It's been a couple of aeons since I last saw her, good to hear she's not got bored, shrugged off her chain and decided to go off to investigate Itchenor or Dell Quay where some of her mates are..!

You still sailing then? If so, may see you in a couple of weeks when we finally get a weekend away from house DIY to go sailing.

Pips, Justine

I am in the process of purchasing a 1975 Galway with a Sea Panther. Is there anyone out there who has a manual who would be willing to either part with it or copy it for me? I would also like any hot tips on this motor and will be looking for whatever spare parts I can find. I am in Florida with the boat for this next year. Thanks, Eric

Hi,
I recently purchased an ood34 with a watermota seapanther engine. I was hoping I too could get a digital copy of the service manual, or at least a tip on where I could find one. Thanks in advance for the information!

I've now got the engine manual, J type gearbox manual plus a couple for the lucas fuel pump. I've PDF'd them so they are e-mailable.

Hi, I have an OOD34 with a seapanther. the first one overheated and blew up. Luckily found another on ebay for £250 dropped that in and its been running well for a few seasons! I've got quite handy with them now.

PM me for any more info I have done a lot of work myself on my OOD over the years and have dealt with many problems that they are prone to. May be worth us sharing info to save re-inventing the wheel?

Which one did you buy BTW? and where do you keep it? get in touch..

Hi Justine,
Its a long time since you had my old Sea Panther. Did you refit it or just use the parts? Glad to hear that Jammy D is still going strong.
