Hello again, another question I'm afraid.
Does anyone know where I might source the double hole banjo bolts that go in the top of the injectors? I've searched but without success. The thread seems unusual - as far as I can tell there are 8 threads per 1/4", with a threaded length of 5/16". The shaft of the bolt is 5/16" diameter, the length excluding the hex head is 31/32". I've attached a picture.
Thanks as always for the invaluable advice given here.
Neil

5/16" 32 TPI is an oddball size 5/16" UNEF or 5/16" ME

M8 would be M8 x 1.25 which is approx 20 TPI

5/16" UNF is a standard banjo bolt thread, and 24 TPI
5/16" BSF is a standard banjo bolt thread, and 22 TPI

If you get stuck I can make you custom fittings, we make custom banjo and filter bolts with a nipple fitting for easy bleeding

That's great information, thank you! I've checked several times and every time I'm counting 8 threads to a 1/4", so I guess that really does make it a 32. If I'm doing it right. The threaded length in the picture is a fraction over a quarter of an inch, say 9/32".

I'd like to thank everyone who's offered advice here. These things seem impossible to source, so I'm now thinking of having them made, or even making them myself. :)

Hello, how can I best contact you re getting these custom made? The thread is (as far as I can tell) 32 UNEF.
