I have the manual for the Watermota Seapanther 30 hp diesel. If this is the same as what you mean, I may be able to help.

My Watermota has not got glow plugs, and starts instantly - if your starter system is 24 volts, then it is the same as mine, but DO NOT crank the engine for more than 15 seconds, because the starter motor is 12 volt, and will overheat... Great engineering bodges of the 20th Century!

Try Stevenson Marine: 01803 814011. They do the Sea Panther servicing / parts now otherwise Watermota web site
