Not really Chris. I am up at Fairweather Marine and don't know of any such service. No real call for it as it's full of locals with dinghys of their own and no visitors moorings as such...

Gosport Boatyard runs a service for their own moorings.
You could ask Wicor Marine or the local clubs, but I would be looking to borrow a rubber dinghy!
