I'm renovating a Hunter Europa and am now fitting out the inside. I've tried searching without a great deal of success for a fresh water container with a tap or pipe connectors to fit a Whale hand pump, which I already have. I've found lots with a farty tap attached but I'm looking for one to be pumped.

Does anyone know of a supplier or has anyone found a cap with an in/out pipe connector that can be unscrewed easily for re-filling?

Something like this:

Many thanks

I have an ordinary plastic 5 gallon job in the heads supplying the wash basin. The pipe's a decent fit in the top, but far from waterproof, but no water comes out. (except through the pipe, for the benefit of would-be smart-arses ;)) A bit of string holds it to an eye in the bulkhead. When I bought the boat, I thought it looked a bit feeble, but it's held up for the last 12 years.

Not from the can falling over. Sloshing through the hole Dear Liza, Dear Liza :D

Make the hole the right size for the pump body to be a neat fit although you will need to then make a vent hole to allow air to enter as you pump the water out but be warned those Whale pumps leak badly anyway. You will need to fit the can so that the water that pisses out round the plunger drains somewhere harmlessly.
