Watch out Fuel nicked from Boat on drive way.

Guess this is the cheapest. About £3.50

Hmm, this is not good, i to have been using this time to put 20L in every now and then to have a brimmed tank ready before it goes back to its mooring. I do have a 'locking' cap but its just two holes a little plastic device fits into.

I'm led to believe that the two hole fuel caps can be opened with a pair of thin nose pliers stuck in the holes, a phone call today told me fuel theft in boats is on the up big time and the only way to stop it via the fuel filler cap is with a key like the older style cars used to use.

Or fit (and use) a holding tank - leave the deck filler marked 'Fuel' and wait for the shouts as they suck the 'fuel' out to start the syphon!

It does make you think about options - especially as fuel is easy to take from boats...

Yes oh yes were can i buy that from, that just what i wany:):):):):):):):D:D

Ehrrm.. a Swedish based shop chain over here has it (along with other indispensable gadgets and gizmos). Unfortunately they have no mail order, but if a search leaves you empty handed (and you do not make one yourself inspired by the pic), I'll stand in as mailman. Gonna cost you the shop price + net postage.

HINT: Google for 'cone spring'. Doesn't taske a lot of work to tweak any suitably sized spring to stop tube insertion.

Browse the shop here (Google translate might be helpful )

This is the Danish version (hence prices in Danish krone currency).

Try search for tankspiral

The top menu BÅD means Boat if you want to check further.
