Yep. He was there for ages. Lots of people going up quite (but not stupidly) close to take a look including us with a black lab in our dinghy. The seal was watching everyone but seemed quite content.
I’ve heard they kill dogs if they see them swimming but they just looked at each other curiously as we passed by.

Brilliant! We saw it a couple of weeks ago right on the bend into the lake. It was LW and it stayed put as the tide rose.

Quite funny really as the tide floated the beast off - zero effort from the seal!
