Was it that windy?

I know it was windy last week but was it windy enought to do this? Anyone ever seen one of these brackets bent like this apart from damage on the ground.

Cant see any wind doing that. Maybe a ****ehawk flew into it doing Mk 1

Mine was bent in similar manner by a cormoran who chosed to live on my mast top .... and refused to go until I rigged a rather strong wooden stick in such a way it could no longer land.

And being alloy, it will promptly snap. It is indeed seagull damage. I have one just like it.

No idea it's been up there since I got the boat nearly 3 years ago. It's used for a vhf and I've never noticed any problem.
