I was lucky enough to be out on z1ppy's marine misile today in the solent, it was like a millpond, sun kept breaking though, perfect conditions.
Don't you just love these winter day for boating ?
Anybody out boating today ?

know what you mean Roy,,, was sat in a bar at Calshot spit thinking to myself why have I just winterised the boat:rolleyes:
 
I wasn't sure.
Started out clear, then went misty, so I got the mountain bike out instead.
Then it cleared up again!
 
By the time we got out, it was really misty...couldn't see IOW so turned round just in case :(. We Should've got out early doors coz it was beautiful!!
 
What a fab and totaly unexpected day today was until about 15:30 when the wind got up, had started to winterised the boat but it was just to good to miss. Roy passed Spotty all covered up on the way to the Folly for lunch but glad you were out enjoying yourself.

Yep
Out yesterday with Fare paying passengers!
It was stunning (the weather that is, the tips were a bit poor):(
Today, took some Mates and a Forumite or too , out fer a 'jolly', weather was bleedin great:D
Peeps, keep yer boats in longer and use them
Anyway
The Moral of the story/thread is keep the boat in as much as yer can
November has been better then March hereabouts
To be honest with yer folks, that's kinda the 'norm'
Tother thing that's kinda the norm, Forumite 'Mates' think fuel is a kinda fountain that is not only 'Green' but free:eek:

Spotty/ zippy yer right
But watch the Forumites that wanna ride on the fair days 'off season' as they put it
Put it, yer hand in yer pocket I say ,specially the ones that wanna do'Yachting' next year
