WAnybody heard of this boat/builder?

Information please if anybody remembers either the boat or the builders: She's a 43' WEST system yacht, yawl rigged with large doghouse, heavy displacement at 32,000 lbs. She was built in 1989 and is one of only two built by Woof boats Ltd of Exeter, and marketted by Oceanflite Ltd, both of whom appear to have now ceased to exist. She is called a 'Seachange 43'. and is in marvellous condition, with rugged yet high quality construction. Super boat.
I'd like to find out more about the builders, and ideally, find her sister ship.

Woof Boats Ltd was incorporated in Dec 1983 and renamed Advanced Laminates Ltd in Dec 1984. It traded for several years as ALL, seems to have stopped trading in about 1988 (turnover then was £152k) and was dissolved in 1993. Exeter based, as you say. Company reg number 1777740.

Oceanflite was incorprated 1983, stopped trading about 1988, dissolved 1993. Bournmouth based. Company reg number 1764473.

Unfortunately both were dissolved too long ago to be on the on-line companies house files. If you do a manual search at Co House using the above numbers you would be able to get names addresses of shareholders and direcotrs, and you could contact them.
