Wanted: boatyard/'man with a van' recommendation

Last year I acquired a BNIB Lofrans Tigress electric windlass.
Plan is to get it fitted this winter.

Looking for recommendations from people who had an electric windlass fitted recently. Orwell area.
Boatyard or 'man with a van'. The man with a van would have to be able to take on the whole job though - fitting the windlass and do all the wiring.
It looks like things will be hectic at work till end of March 2016 and I won't have the time (or inclination) to chase various marine tradesmen to complete their part of the job.
