I've just discovered MSN communities (www.communities.msn.co.uk) where you can easily set up a page for different people to access, tailoring it to look the way you want - and all with no knowledge required of anything technical.
I am now using it to run our syndicate of four interested parties who live in different places. It has a calendar of the weeks we can each use the boat, a to-do list of jobs, a list of expenses incurred and whether they have been reimbursed or not. It also has an area where you can upload photos and a disucssion board. It is all set up so only people you invite can see it.
I can assure you I have no interest in promoting an subsidiary of Microsoft, but I thought it might be useful for someone else out there so I'm passing on the tip. If you want any specific advice, or you want to have a peek at ours, then e-mail me.
