Yeah "engines are not operational" is a bit of a dampener isn't it? No pumps, no generators? Can't be moved so stuck in the searing heat of Dubai with no air con? I wonder haw many more million it would cost to sort that out and get it moored somewhere people might actually pay to stop on it?
