Has anyone had experience of sailing a Walkerbay 8.
What does it sail like?
Are they as "tippy" as they look?
What's it like as a tender to?
Does it tow well?
Any comments welcomed.

I had a go in one for about 5 seconds, till I reached for a oar and she rolled over. Most unstable thing I was ever on (including the ski board simulator in the ski shop)

I have one but trying to get rid of it. As a dinghy it's a bit small, does't row well with two adults on board. Rows well if you're alone, sails well with two children, or one adult, but you have to sit on the floor and will get your backside wet.

it launches wel, and is easy to get back on board, even by one person as it's very light.

I think of it as a little too much of a toy instead of a real tender. i'm going back to inflatable now

happy sailing

Hello,
A client of mine owns one, they are tippy, all the stainless steel fittings rust too, and I've seen a couple in the sailing club boat park whose wheels underneath seem to have taken a bit of stick.
cheap and cheerful..? No experience directly myself though
