Walker log mount

Does anybody know where I might find some of the old round slotted base-plates for mounting a walker trailing log?

Suprisingly Walker Marine Instruments still sell parts for these logs. A couple of years ago I bought two new base plates and a new dial face from them, to restore an old log I picked up at a boatjumble.
